In 2013 In:Site a graduate festival of creativity introduced the One-Year-On Residency.
As part of our commitment to creating meaningful opportunities for new graduates, we felt it important to develop our offer to emerging new talent further.
Through the One-Year-One Residency we discreetly offer a fully paid and supported residency over the course of the festival to the most promising graduate from the previous year. The format of the residency will change year on year, depending on the needs and ideas of each individual artist.
Our aim is to help develop individual emerging artists skills, helping them establish the beginnings of a strong and sustainable career.
